Oil Pulling is an Ayurvedic practice which protects teeth and gums, detoxes the mouth and reduces sensitivity. This is a product I developed to assist my family with oral health and hygiene and to assist with various gum problems. The coconut oil is organic and I put it through a ozonation process in order to ozonate the coconut oil. Ozone is known to strengthen teeth. The Essential oils are Organic Tea Tree for its anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-viral properties, Fennel for fragrance and optimal gum health, and Lemon for a fresh breath! Directions for use: Place a flat teaspoon into the mouth and begin to swish and swizzle through the mouth, pulling it through the teeth. Best practice is to do this for 5-10 minutes per day after brushing your teeth. Not only good for teeth but excellent for the muscles of the jaw and face – keeping skin healthy and tight – an added bonus! Spit into a bin, not down the sink or toilet.
